What is the price range of your gowns?
We have a large selection of gowns at all different price ranges. Our price range is between $699-$6,000. The majority of our collections fall between $1,200 to $2,600.
WHen should i start shopping?
We urge our brides to purchase their wedding gowns nine to twelve months before their wedding date. This will ensure that you have four to six weeks for alterations. At HCTB, our dresses are made to order and it takes approximately 5-6 months for orders to arrive.
YIKES! my wedding date is less than 6 months away! can i still find a dress?
Absolutely! We have a large selection of dress samples that can be purchased off the rack (no order necessary).
DO I NEED AN appointment?
An appointment is necessary to ensure that you have the opportunity to work with one of our talented bridal stylists. To secure your appointment time, a credit card authorization is required. There is no fee for the appointment itself, but late cancellation or an appointment “no show” will incur a $25 fee. Can I bring my friends & Family?
This is a big moment in your life and we encourage you to bring those who are important to you during this special time! To ensure that all of our brides have an amazing experience, we recommend that you keep your party under 5 guests, as there is limited space and seating.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
While we love children, we suggest not bringing them along for your appointment. If you must bring children to your appointment, we ask that they remain seated quietly. In our experience, children become bored easily watching dress after dress and can be a distraction to your appointment or to other bridal appointments in the store.
How can I prepare for my appointment?
There are a few steps to take to ensure your appointment will have the most successful outcome. We recommend wearing a strapless, comfortable bra and nude colored undergarments. A consultant will be with you in the dressing room helping you in and out of the gowns. Make sure to wear something that you are comfortable in. You are also welcome to bring heels to give you a better idea of your completed look.
WHAT ABOUT MY BRIDESMAIDS?
We are happy to offer bridesmaid dresses to all of our brides who have said "yes!" to the dress for a special price. It is recommended that you have your bridesmaid order finalized at least six months away from your wedding date, allowing time to receive the dresses and for alterations. We place our bridesmaid orders once everyone in the party has ordered their dress, to ensure that they arrive at the same time and in the same color. Please note that there is at $25 consultation fee for bridesmaids appointments to ensure that there is a personal stylist to help you choose styles for your bridal party and a room available. When a purchase is made, your consultation fee will be refunded.
if they cant make it in?
Most bridal parties have at least one attendant that is not able to come in to place their order, and that is okay! We make ordering dresses for those attendants as easy as possible. To order, simply call us and we would love to help you place your order. Be sure to have your professional measurements handy so we can go over the size chart and select a size together. We are also able to ship the dresses out to their residence if they live out of state!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Per our designers, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges given. Merchandise does not include a warranty, either expressed or implied. No exceptions.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! We offer alterations by appointment only for our customers. We do not offer alterations for dresses not purchased at Here Comes the Bride.
