To secure your appointment time and ensure every bride gets the personalized attention she deserves, a credit card authorization is required. You will not be charged a fee for the appointment itself. However, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or "no-shows" will incur a $50 fee. You will receive a convenient reminder 48 hours before your visit! For our standard 90-minute bridal appointments, we recommend bringing up to 5 guests. This ensures you have a comfortable seating area and a relaxed, focused experience.
Bringing a larger entourage? We love a party! For groups of 6 or more, we highly recommend booking one of our VIP Appointments, especially our Sip & Sparkle which offers extended time, semi-private seating, and fun perks like mimosas and charcuterie.

Ordering Timeline: When purchasing a special order gown, please allow around 6 months for your dress to arrive from the designer.
Need a dress sooner? Don't panic! We also carry a wonderful selection of off-the-rack options that you can purchase and take home the very same day. Whether you have a tight timeline or a specific budget in mind, just let your stylist know so we can pull the absolute perfect options for you!

It’s also the perfect time to finalize your veil and bridal accessories! (Please note: This is a pickup appointment, not for alterations).

Perfect for the woman who wants to look fabulous on the big day! Work with a personal stylist to shop a wide range of silhouettes from top designers. Special orders take 4 to 6 months to arrive, but we also offer a beautiful selection of off-the-rack options if you need a dress sooner.

Complete your bridal look with our impressive collection of veils, headpieces, jewelry, overskirts and belts. Bring your wedding dress with you if possible, or try on our samples!
Veil & Accessories Mother of the Bride/GroomQuick Walk-In Drop-Off
Don't leave your beautiful dress hanging in a closet! Simply walk in and drop off your gown to be expertly handled. We offer standard Dry Cleaning ($175) or full Preservation ($399), which includes cleaning up to 5 items (dress, veil, garter, etc.) and shipping them back to you beautifully displayed in a see-through box.
